About a week and a half ago I self published my first e-book on Amazon Kindle. I am excited to say that after 4 days of a 5 day promotion offering "What to Wear?" for free, it is #2 on Amazon's Top 100 Free in the category of Special Education. I know that standings will change once the promotion is over and it is no longer a free Kindle book, but let me tell you, it is SO COOL to see my book on a list like this. The free promotion goes through today, so head over to the Amazon listing for "What to Wear?" and get your free copy today!! If you are so inclined, I would be honored if you would leave a review as well. Enjoy!

Since I was eight years old I have wanted to be a published author. While I am still working and hoping to one day be published traditionally, I am so excited to announce that I have taken a bit of a leap and have published my first book through Amazon Kindle! Even though the world of writing and publishing is something that I have been trying to learn about sporadically since I was a child, the process feels so big and daunting. I knew that I wanted to learn how to use Amazon's KDP and self publish a book through Amazon Kindle. I know that I am the type of person who learns best when doing. I have learned from experience that it is always best for me to start small and build from there. Taking all of those things into consideration, I decided that my first KDP project was going to be a short social story. So, without further ado, may I present to you my first Amazon Kindle listing! How incredibly cool is that?! I am so excited! Click on the picture above to go take a look (there is a "look inside" feature where you can read a couple pages of the book and see more of the beautiful illustrations by the talented Antonia Underwood), follow me on Amazon, and if you do purchase the book, please leave a review!
Thank you so much for sharing in this excitement with me! Check back soon for more updates in the blog and on the website. |
